Schatz to close 2025 in second Sides Motorsports entry
It was announced on Friday that Donny Schatz would run the remainder of the 2025 schedule in a second Sides Motorsports entry, following the Dennis Roth Classic at Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare, California. Schatz's first races in the JVI Group / King Racing Product entry will be this coming weekend in Ohio at Millstream Speedway and Sharon Speedway. (September 22, 2025) – The three-week West Coast swing came to a close over the weekend for Donny Schatz, Paul Silva, and the Works Limited team at Tulare, California’s Thunderbowl Raceway. Friday night’s event was canceled due to wet conditions, but on Saturday, Schatz had his best outing of the four races in the Works Limited “W”. Schatz timed in sixth quick out of 37 competitors to open the evening, followed by a third place run in his heat.
