FARGO, N.D. (October 12, 2026) – Donny Schatz and the CJB Motorsports team continued to show speed over the weekend, collecting a runner-up finish and a fifth-place result during a three-race World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series swing through Ohio. The three-night Buckeye Brawl kicked off Thursday at Millstream Speedway in Findlay, Ohio, where 39 cars checked in for competition. Schatz faced an uphill battle after missing the transfer through his heat race, but rebounded to win the Last Chance Showdown. In just his sixth race with the brand-new CJB Motorsports team, Donny Schatz visited Victory Lane on Friday night at the Talladega Short Track with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. It was a complete night for Schatz. The Fargo driver qualified second overall before winning both his heat race and the dash to earn the pole position for the 35-lap feature. As the feature got underway, Schatz was chased early by Bryce Lucius before fourth-starting Sheldon Haudenschild moved into second.

BARBERVILLE, Florida (February 10, 2026) – There were many questions surrounding Donny Schatz and his new team, CJB Motorsports, entering the 2026 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series season at Volusia Speedway Park. But after three top-10 finishes in three nights, including a top-five finish and a KSE Hard Charger Award, many of those questions were answered. Opening night of the Sprint Car portion of the Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals at the World’s Fastest Half-Mile began with Schatz having to dig out of a hole after a mechanical issue during his heat race.
