BRISTOL BOUND: Schatz, Outlaws to make first Bristol appearance in 20 years

(April 20, 2021) – For the first time since 2001, Bristol Motor Speedway has been covered in red Tennessee clay and is set to host the Greatest Show on Dirt, the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Cars. The Tony Stewart / Curb-Agajanian Racing No. 15 team is looking to turn their luck and their season around quickly and Bristol Motor Speedway may just be the place to do it. The upcoming doubleheader in Oklahoma and Texas features a track at which Schatz has only one start, and another where he will be making career start number 41 on Saturday. FARGO, N.D. (April 5, 2021) – It appeared as though Donny Schatz had the car to beat on Friday night at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series. Starting on the outside of the front row for the 35-lap feature, Schatz led the opening circuit over James McFadden. Schatz then built up a comfortable lead over McFadden and Kraig Kinser until the caution flew on lap 16. On the ensuing restart, Schatz’s machine slowed considerably which drew the caution.
