Schatz closes out 27th Outlaw season at Charlotte; recaps 2023 season
FARGO, N.D (November 7, 2023) – The 2023 World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series season came to a close with the 15th running of the World of Outlaws World Finals, which had a sold-out crowd for Saturday night’s finale. The four-night event kicked off on Wednesday with two sessions of time trials, which set up heat race lineups for Thursday and Friday night’s heat races. Saturday’s heat races were lined up by combined points based off of Thursday and Friday. Schatz timed in 12th quick in both sessions out of the 53 Sprint Car competitors signed in
Schatz drives to third in Devil’s Bowl finale
FARGO, N.D. (October 25, 2023) – Devil’s Bowl Speedway, the birthplace of the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, has closed the book on 50 years of racing. Fittingly, with a standing room only crowd on hand, the World of Outlaws wrote the final chapter over the weekend.
